Terms of Service

By booking or purchasing through Courtney Nagel Photography, you agree to these terms:

Usage: Clients receive a personal-use license — you can print, share, and post images online (credit appreciated). Commercial or resale use isn’t allowed without permission.
Payment & Delivery: Payments are final. Due to the digital nature of photography, refunds aren’t available once files are delivered.
Editing: All editing and style choices are at the photographer’s discretion. Additional edits may incur a fee.
Liability: If a session or file is lost or damaged beyond control (equipment failure, illness, etc.), our liability is limited to the amount paid.
Model Release: You grant permission for your photos to be used in our online portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
